James Harold Smith, 78, of Sparta, passed away June 21, 2021, in Cookeville.
Mr. Smith was born Sept. 4, 1942, to Lonard Smith and Iona Stewart (Bill).
Memorial service will be 1 p.m., July 10, 2021, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home. The family will receive friends 11 a.m.-1 p.m., July 10, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the SkyAnn Wilson Memorial Fund, in care of Oak Lawn Funeral Home.
