Jerry Luna, 68, of Sparta, passed away Nov. 12, 2022, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
He was born Oct. 18, 1954, to Riley Luna and Ruth Minnear Luna.
Mr. Luna was affiliated with Johnson’s Chapel Baptist Church and worked as a carpenter.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Luna, of Sparta; son, Shannon Luna, of Sparta; and siblings, Linda Herman, of Sparta, Danny Luna, of Sparta.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Nov. 17, 2022, at DeKalb Funeral Chapel, with burial in Johnson’s Chapel Cemetery. Bro. Bernard Houk and Bro. Paul Taylor will officiate. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Nov. 17, at the funeral home.
DeKalb Funeral Chapel, in Smithville, is in charge of arrangements.
