JROTC Cadets of the Month

Cadet Staff Sergeant Bryson Burchett, who is in his first year of JROTC and in Bravo Company, and Cadet Captain Carson McLeod, who is in his first year of JROTC and from Alpha Company, are the two cadets chosen for February 2025. This honor is a very important award for JROTC. It also allows each student to compete in the final Cadet of the Year Award at the end of the year.

To compete, both cadets were selected by their leadership team in their class. This is based on their leadership ability, motivation, their enthusiasm of the program, and, most importantly, their academic success in all their classes outside JROTC. Without a doubt, these two cadets exhibited the Army Values or Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage necessary to excel in the JROTC program.
