White County High School’s soccer team has been on a scoring spree, showing off their offensive strengths in their last two games. On April 8, the Warriors traveled to Jackson County and delivered an impressive performance, defeating the Blue Devils 9-2. Bruno Sergio led the charge with an astounding five goals, while Joi Stepp added two, and both Sam Svaighert and Mason Lalonde contributed with one goal each.
Riding that momentum, the Warriors returned home on April 14 and continued their winning ways with a commanding 7-1 victory over Bledsoe County. This time it was Joi Stepp who netted five goals, while Mason Lalonde and Samuel Svaighert each chipped in with one goal.
These victories have propelled White County to a 5-3 record this season. The Warriors have won three of their last four matches, scoring a total of 25 goals during that stretch.
