Suzanne Meyer “Sue” Hubbard, 85, of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on January 20, 2026. Sue lived a life defined by love, charity, and a deep commitment to family.
Born on May 17, 1940 in Green Bay, WI, Sue was the daughter of Edward and Ursula Meyer. She grew up in Green Bay with her six siblings and graduated from Dominican University in Illinois, leading to her first job in Chicago where she met and married Alan Hubbard in November 1965.
Prayers for Sue will be held during Communions of the Faithful, open to all, held Wednesday at 5PM and Thursdays at 9:30AM at St. Andrew's church in Sparta. Funeral Mass, tentatively in the spring will be announced later.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or charity of one's choice in honor of Sue.
