At the request of 13th Judicial District Attorney General Bryant Dunaway, TBI special agents are investigating a homicide that occurred shortly after 8 a.m., this morning (July 10) at a residence on Cherry Road, in Sparta. Law enforcement officers responding to the scene found Dara Jade Baker (DOB 02/24/1999) deceased. There is not believed to be a threat to the public at this time.
