In an impressive display of skill and teamwork, the White County Middle School Warriors recorded big 8-0 win against Fentress County this week. The Warriors began the game slowly, but their intensity picked up in the second half, leading to a more dominant performance.

Leading the charge for the Warriors was Braxton Jones, who netted three goals, firmly establishing himself as a key player on White County’s offense. Brenam Sandlin contributed with two goals of his own, while Baylor Weston, Lane Rogers, and Micah Hogg each found the back of the net once.

Micah Hogg also shone in the playmaking department, registering two assists on the night. White County showed off their team work as three other Warriors, Baylor Weston, Braxton Jones, and Ace Grissom, each recorded an assist as the Warriors completely dominated their opponents, on March 17.

“I’m proud of the way the boys have been playing, and I hope we can continue to keep playing good soccer throughout these next few matches,” Warrior head coach Justin Rittenberry said.

With the win, the Warriors moved their record to a perfect 3-0 on the season and are set to take on Smith County, on March 21.
