Winnett and Sparks recipients of governor's volunteer awards

From White County Executive Denny Wayne Robinson: Without our volunteers, White County could not operate or even exist. We are so fortunate to have them. Recently, we got to honor two of those individuals at the 2023 Governor’s Volunteer Star Awards Ceremony. The youth honoree chosen for White County was Kaden Sparks, and the adult honoree chosen was Kyle Winnett. Congratulations, Kaden and Kyle, and thank you for your hard work, dedication, and many hours of volunteer service in White County.
