Athlete of the Week: Bryson Hogg

The Athlete of the Week honors senior football standout Bryson Hogg after making a major impact for White County. Bryson strikes twice with explosive plays. It didn’t take Bryson Hogg long to make his presence felt against Livingston Academy, try one play.

The White County senior took the opening kickoff 69 yards for a touchdown, immediately giving the Warriors a jolt in their 27-14 victory, but Hogg wasn’t finished.

Later, he went up over a pair of Livingston defenders to haul in a 46-yard touchdown reception, giving him two scores that showcased exactly why he has become one of the Upper Cumberland’s most dangerous big-play threats.

Whether it is in the return game or stretching a defense vertically, Hogg has the ability to change a game in seconds. Bryson helped White County continue what has been an outstanding fall in Warrior athletics.
