Both Marcel Thuy Khang Ngo and Ethan Charles Howard, who were recently arrested on indictments from White County Grand Jury, had their court dates moved to Jan. 9, to give them time to obtain attorneys. Howard is charged with sale and delivery of schedule II drugs - fentanyl. Ngo is charged with forgery and three counts of alternation of a vehicle identification number (VIN.)
