The Rotary Club of Sparta, Tennessee is excited to announce its Rotarian of the Year for 2023: Keith Mills.

A native of Spencer, Mills graduated from Van Buren County High School, in 2002, before studying at Tennessee Technological University.  He is the sales and marketing manager for SERVPRO of Cumberland, Morgan and White Counties / SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie and Marion Counties.

Asked why Mills has been selected as Rotarian of the Year, committee chair Michael Hale said, “Keith has only been a Rotarian with our club for a few years, but you wouldn’t know it by his resume.  He has already served as webmaster, treasurer, and currently serves as president-elect.  He is always eager to volunteer, and he has a tremendous passion for giving back to his community.  Keith embodies the purpose of Rotary: Service Above Self.”

In addition to his service to Rotary, Mills also serves on the board of both the Sparta / White County Chamber of Commerce and the Cumberland County Playhouse.  He has a wife of eight years, Tabby Mills, and enjoys spending his free time kayaking, hiking, working out, and playing with his dogs.  Mills is scheduled to become president of the Rotary Club of Sparta, on July 1, 2024.
