A two-vehicle crash occurred approximately one hour ago, near Sparta Electric, on Bockman Way, near Radio Lane.
The driver of the truck was temporarily trapped but then removed and transported by White County Emergency Medical Service.
The driver of the car was extricated by Sparta-White County Rescue's "jaws of life."
