WCHS JROTC Announces September Athlete of the Month

White County JROTC is honored to recognize its Athlete of the Month for September 2026. This month was difficult to choose, as many cadets stood out during the month. We are especially excited to announce our first cadet athlete, Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Lindsay Richmond

Cadet Richmond is the commander of the JROTC Raider team. She was instrumental in the team bringing home 3 trophies this year for our Raider Team. Cadet Richmond not only excels on the Raider Team, but she is also the Battalion Commander of the entire White County High School JROTC Battalion and is also on the Color Guard team and the Rifle team.

Cadet Richmond has done an exceptional job at motivating everyone on the team. She is very good at getting everyone to exceed their own standards, as this was evident in the Raider team having their greatest year in its short 5-year history.  For this reason, White County JROTC selects Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Lindsay Richmond as its Athlete of the Month for September 2026.
