BASF’s site in Sparta, Tennessee recently participated in White County High School’s Junior JumpStart Night, an informative event aimed at guiding current juniors and their families as they explore post-secondary education options and navigate senior year.
Representatives from BASF provided attendees with materials and resources about career opportunities at the company and spoke with students and their parents about potential apprenticeships at the site after high school.
“These events provided a valuable platform for BASF to connect with the community and inspire the next generation to consider careers in the industry. BASF is committing to supporting education and workforce development across the region,” said Andy Schmitt, Sparta’s site manager.
