Lowery brings his expertise to sports coverage

The sports department at The Expositor and SpartaLive.com will have a new face around the county this year.

Jerry Lowery will be heading up the sports coverage for the print and online editions.  Lowery has been involved in sports for many years and will now take to the sidelines to help promote and inform White County about all levels of Sports.

“I am excited about the opportunity to be a part of the sports family across this county,” said Lowery.  “White County has many things going on not only locally but across this nation.  We have professional baseball players, high-profile college coaches, numerous college players in all sports, and then add the local school sports and youth leagues, we have much to cover.  I do ask that anyone that has stories and events concerning sports and athletics to please let me know.  My email is jerry@spartalive.com.  I would also ask that if you have any sports pictures that you would like to see in print, then email them to me.  We will give you photo credit in the articles.  I am excited and looking forward to working with everyone in White County to promote our sports heritage.”
